I went to Ulta with my family just to sort of cruise and look around. Rose was so welcoming and kind. I shared with her my sensitivity with wax and she reassured me that she would take care of me. I booked an appointment and showed up today. Rose is a beautiful soul. She takes her time and handles her clients with such care that you don’t feel the rush to get up and go. She listened to what I liked and over delivered. My eyebrows look so natural and beautiful. She also suggested I do a lip wax and boy was she right! Haha! Overall the best experience I’ve ever had getting my eyebrows waxed. I even booked another appointment for next month! Thank you Rose!

Rose is incredible! She put masks on under my eyes, mapped, trimmed, and waxed my brows. When she was finished she put some other stuff on where I get red to help with redness. She is so nice and friendly and she did an awesome job. I will be coming back and telling my roommates!!
