I was in looking for a gift for my daughter at the Benefit section. Natalie saw me looking around and graciously helped me select a gift for my daughter and I ended up buying myself brow items too! I then had Natalie do my brows, and she took the time to educate me on how you use the products. My brows look so beautifully arched and filled in with the right color! I will be going back to Natalie! It’s rare you find exceptional customer service…when I find it, I let everyone know! Kudos to Ulta for a great employee, Natalie!
Literally one of the BEST brow bars! I’ve had the pleasure of both Gabby and Natalia work on my brows and wow they NEVER disappoint! They truly give you the VIP experience! Not only do they help shape and clean your brows they also give you advice on how to use the products in a more efficient way!! Recently Benefit came out with skin care and not only did I get my brows done but I got to try some of the new skin care! They truly listen to my brow needs and now skin care needs! Please make your appointment with them ASAP! Trust me when I say you’ll leave the store with BOMB brows and skin!
I got my eyebrows done with Gabby and she was amazing! I have never gotten my brows done before this because I was nervous too much would be taken off or they would end up not looking how I wanted. She took her time to outline my brows and even explained to me the placement, where she was going to remove hair and why. She also mentioned that for only $5 I could get an eye patch treatment done while she did my brows! It was so calm and relaxing! I highly recommend her!
Loved my brows done by Gabrielle. She is so talented and so kind, I felt so at ease and confident in her abilities! She takes great care of her clients! Will definitely be returning! So well priced and great service. You can not go wrong with eyebrow services at Ulta! 10/10!!
I’ve been going to Benefit for about 4 years and I won’t let anyone except Natalia touch my brows. She is always professional, pays attention to every detail, and leaves my eyebrows looking on point. I just adore her and coming here for so long we have become friends, it’s like hanging out and we’re cracking up there in the middle of the store like buddies 😂 I always brag on her if I get a compliment on my brows and she’s worth every penny. You truly won’t get better service and brows from anyone except Natalia! ☺️
