Gianna is really amazing at what she does. I’ve been seeing her while working on reshaping my brows back to what they looked like years ago, and she has been incredibly patient and thoughtful throughout the whole process. She really takes the time to understand what you want and works carefully to get your brows there without rushing anything. She also has an eye for shaping brows in a way that’s flattering with your overall facial features, leading to incredible results every time. Gianna always greets you with a smiling face, and is always so welcoming and friendly, making every appointment a great experience. It can be so hard to find a good brow specialist, and I highly recommend Gianna to anyone looking for someone who truly cares to work with you and leave your brows looking great!

Gianna was absolutely amazing! She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Before beginning my eyebrow and face wax, she explained the process and checked in with me throughout to make sure I was feeling okay. I really appreciated how attentive she was — she asked how I felt during the service and made sure I was happy with the shape and results. My brows look clean, balanced, and exactly how I wanted them, and my skin feels so smooth. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients. She definitely deserves a raise for the level of service she provides! I will absolutely be returning.

My "older woman" eyebrows aren't what they used to be, so I decided I wanted to have them snazzied up and went to the Benefit Brow Bar at Ulta. Valerie was so professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me...she made me feel totally comfortable. I was beyond amazed and delighted with the outcome, she made me feel like my younger self when she was done...I didn't realize how much good eyebrows really can make you look more youthful and glowing. After that first appointment with her, I was hooked and have been going to her faithfully ever since. If I could give Valerie more than five stars, I absolutely would.

I have been getting my eyebrows waxed by Vanessa for the last couple of years and I cannot recommend her more. I have serious trust issues surrounding getting my eyebrows done and Vanessa always makes me feel comfortable. She is quick, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable with doing brows. I love her!
