Sam at the mentor ulta location was amazing! My first time trying a tint and wax and her professionalism and great personality have ensured I’ll be back every time I need a touch up. My eyebrows look phenomenal and she made me feel totally at ease- which doesn’t happen often!

Sam did an extremely AMAZING job!! My normal gal no longer works here & I was a little nervous as expected when trusting someone new to wax & tint my brows, however, Sam was very personable made me feel comfortable immediately & did a fantastic job! She gained herself a new client 🙂

Megan use to do my eyebrows (and before her Jack). They both did such a great job with my brows. Unfortunately both have moved on, and recently Megan has left as well. The new person didn’t even do the eyebrow mapping the Benefit Brow usually does and my eyebrows look terrible. The new girl seems super new and it felt like my eyebrows were used for her training. She took so much longer than what’s usual, and even left the wax too long that the skin was left feeling tender, and I felt bad that I needed to ask her to keep doing changes. I finally just gave up, paid my fees even though I hated my brows, and will just not come back. I hate to have to leave this review for I have had such great experiences in the past (between Jack and Megan), especially in the salon with Archie. But the brow b

Today I saw Hailie at the Brow Bar for a tint and wax. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job explaining the process as she went on. It was my first time getting a brow tint and it made a big difference in my (normally) invisible eyebrows. She did a great job and the environment at Ulta is always great!

Sam did my eyebrow wax and tint and she was such a doll. So sweet and conversational, and was so patient with how picky I am about my brows and really listened. They look beautiful and will definitely be going back to her when she is done with maternity leave 💕
