I mean can I even blame her. This is all my fault. I asked for my bangs to be trimmed and front layers. When I sat down she gave me the same apron as the man before (full of hair) so I asked for another one. There was still hair on it, then proceeded to fashion a noose to prevent hair going onto my clothes because I said I was itchy with the first one. As a people pleaser, I kindly allowed myself to be asphyxiated. She immediately started cutting my bangs - which are totally uneven without even consultation. I even asked her for advice and she said "I dont know how you wear your hair". Despite me saying I want to keep my length - she proceeded to reduce the length by 1/3 and said she would do some layering in the back. The layering in the back is BTW only 2 layers. I look like a step ladde

Life changing, been going here for 16 years now Note on appointments - even with an appointment, you will wait around 15 minutes on average. No appointment? It's a 60 minute wait. UPDATE 10/16/22 - After being away due to the building renovation and pandemic, it's back!!! Same address, but the entrance is now on the north side of the building (Suite A).

Tbh, she's a very good hair stylist with very reasonable prices. But with absolute and utter disregard for one's time and schedule. To book an appointment with her is an absolute waste of time frequently. Three times I have shown up for my appointment only to find I have two or more people ahead of me. Sometimes one being sat down as I'm arriving for my appointment on time. Never again.

Jenny is an amazing hair stylist. I've been going to her for the past 3 years and have built an amazing bond with her. Her prices are extremely affordable and have never left her place disappointed.
