GOT INFECTION FROM UNSANITARY TOOLS!!!0/5 stars. horrible experience. I went november 8th around 4 pm & got a builder gel manicure. the tools that the lady brought out were just sitting in a container together & i now know they were not clean at all. i left the salon & my one cuticle was slightly uncomfortable but i didn’t think anything of it. The next day my finger was red & swollen and it just continued to get worse. it filled up with pus & i got a fever, was throwing up & had diarrhea. i had to go to urgent care and get my finger drained!!! i have been on antibiotics for a week while still not feeling very well. i just went back to the salon today to talk to them and possibly ask for a refund and they were very hostile & saying that i had the infection before i came to the salon and u

Customer service was good and liked how my nails turned out. Not a relaxing experience, more bare bones. For the price it was OK, but I would recommend elsewhere for better quality Gel nails for the same or similar price. Please consider bleaching all your towels and bringing out new towels for each customers. Please wash floors. I didn’t trust the tools they used were sanitary either…

I don’t normally feel compelled to write negative reviews, but this was the worst pedicure I’ve ever received by far. The technician cut my nail way too short and created the most bizarre shape I’ve ever seen. She left polish smudged on my other big toe. The staff was unpleasant and the whole experience was not relaxing or enjoyable. Choose a different salon!

Went in for a removal and genuinely felt the worst pain of my life because the nail technician ripped off my natural nails. I was trying to grow them out but yep just cut all of it off as well as some of my skin too. please do not come here.

My visit to Pinky was fantastic! Sophia and Tam were so friendly and attentive, listening carefully to our nail preferences. They provided excellent service, and the complimentary mimosas added a luxurious touch to our experience. The atmosphere was cozy, and the conversation was delightful. I highly recommend this salon. They allowed us to stay and enjoy our mimosas after our services and were the sweetest!
