Convenient location, great atmosphere and salon environment, friendly staff and great services for curly girls! From booking to my actual appointment with Carmela, everything was so great. Carmela walked me through the steps and tips for daily maintenance, gave such good care to my specific curl pattern and wants, and made the process so relaxing and enjoyable. I am thrilled with my outcomes and can’t wait to go back. So glad to have found this studio!

This past month I got a haircut at Bernadette Bickel Hair Studio and I am so happy to say that I have found my happy place! When I first walked in, I was warmly welcomed by everyone on staff and Angelina, my stylist, made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire experience. I showed Angelina some reference pictures and she gave me exactly what I asked for, and she shared so many curly hair care tips as we talked. These ladies are passionate about their job and it shows - the salon was immaculate and the environment was very positive, relaxing, and adorably decorated. The haircut was reasonably priced compared to other curly cut options in the area, and it is well worth your money for the experience. My curls had changed so much being in my thirties, and I thought they were gone forever. Bernadette brought my curls back to life and I feel like me again. She answered any and all of my questions thoroughly, and took her time explaining/showing me the technique's. It's been a very long time since I've felt this way about my hair, and I'm so very grateful to have met you. I will definitely be back when it's time to freshen her up again! Thank you so much!

Took my 5 year old daughter here for a cut after a not so great experience elsewhere. We wanted to get a good cut but also learn how to treat and style her curls. I was hesitant because it is pricy for a 5 year old, but I regret waiting so long. The cut is PERFECT. Jess was our hair stylist and she was amazing. Treated my daughter like a princess. We now know how to style her hair and she is loving her curly hair more. The appointment was worth every penny and more. We will be back and have already recommended the salon to many of our curly haired friends.

Carmela always does such beautiful work! She gives my curls life! She always achieves such beautiful shape for my hair and my color always looks so natural and dimensional. I struggled for a very long time trying to find someone who achieve the cut and color that I was envisioning until I found her.
