Bernarda Unisex Salon

I recently visited this salon for a wash and set, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The product used during the service left my hair feeling extremely dry, and the stylist was extremely rough from start to finish. Despite me clearly telling her that the blow dryer was burning my scalp, she continued without making any adjustments. The same happened with the flat iron—she was constantly burning me, and even when I tried to move or react, she wouldn’t let me get up or pause the process. She just kept doing my hair as if my discomfort didn’t matter. It was also obvious that she was rushing through my hair. I arrived at 12 p.m., and she mentioned she leaves at 2 p.m. Even though I was the only customer there when I arrived, three more people came in after me. I strongl

The ladies are all very warm and welcoming. I been getting my hair done at this shop for 3yrs now and I absolutely love it!

New management now Nelly's salon is great! Your hair will be washed properly, and you will come out looking fabulous! They were full on Saturday but they were fast and professional.
