Bespoke Brows NYC

Arielle saved my sad little brows! I had a brow wax and tint. Superb attention to detail and great results. This is my second time going and while I don’t live in NYC, I come by every time I’m in town!

I had a wonderful experience at Bespoke brows getting a lash lift and tint from Emma. I was nervous going into it, since I have never done anything to my lashes before, and barely ever wear makeup. However, Emma assured me that I had nothing to worry about, they used a very light chemical treatment, and my lashes would not be harmed in the process. Throughout the treatment, she continued to explain what she was doing every step of the way to make me feel more assured. My lashes turned out amazing! I have been getting compliments everywhere I go. As someone who was hesistant to do this treatment, I would highly reccomend Emma and bespoke brows, and I will be getting another lash lift by her in the future!

Bespoke Brows is an incredible place! I so felt welcomed the instant I went through the door! The establishment is clean, comfortable and they have the most amazing staff! I had a lash lift done with Tricia. She was so professional and listened to all of my concerns. She walked me through the process and put me at ease. I love how my lashes came out!! They have lasted over 4 weeks! I will definitely go back! I highly recommend!

This place is the best I’ve ever been to by a long shot! Not only is it cute and sparkling clean inside, but they are so professional and spend so much time with you making sure you re happy with your service! Rebecca, the owner, is SO sweet! I’ve tried the lash tint and lift and it’s like getting a pair of false eyelashes it’s so transformative! The brow tint and clean up totally gave me new brows! I’ll never go anywhere else and neither should you!

I’ve been to Bespoke twice for a lash lift and they did an amazing job with my thick and straight lashes and I felt cared for every time. The third and most recent time I went was a disappointment. Not only did it not come out lifted much but she had to do it again to make it better and even then, it wasn’t great. After 2 weeks, it looks even worse where half is curled and the other half isn’t (it’s supposed to last 6-8 weeks). For over $100 I expected better. I had a great experience the first two times but I don’t know if I just had someone who wasn’t good at it but I’m highly disappointed. If anything, I’ll probably try the other location or go somewhere else in the future.
