It’s always an issue with the products I get from here, but today my stud came out of my nose ring on the way home and then I open my lashes and this happens. (It’s 12:18 and I purchased both the nose ring and lashes at 11:30 and they still are refusing to exchange or refund) Not going back

Terrible they are rude in there, don’t do refunds / returns even when they say straight to your face they do.. if you come with a unopened product that’s theirs because it doesn’t match your color they have a attitude won’t give money back .. very unprofessional very broke vibes. talking about i can get “store credit “ which makes no sense #hairpalacebetter. This place is terrible do not recommend
