If I could give 10 stars, I would! I called for a last minute appointment and the woman who answered the phone was so friendly and got me booked in a few hours later. When I showed up for the appointment, the check in was quick and they started my appointment early. About 5 minutes in to my facial, I knew that I would be rebooking another appointment without a doubt. Shiva did my facial and it was INCREDIBLE! I felt so relaxed and she did an amazing job. She talked me through my her process in a calm manner and went the extra mile to make me feel pampered and special. Shiva, THANK YOU! I will suggest this to everyone and anyone!

I had a wonderful experience with Shiva. From the beginning, the place was bright, clean, and welcoming. The receptionist was very friendly and kind. Shiva was very kind and explained every step of the treatment. This place is closing at the end of the month but the techs will continue to offer services as independent workers. So definitely would recommend.

Amazing Staff, relaxing atmosphere, price for service is very fair for the type of professionals working on you. I've been to places that cost less and there was a good reason it was cheaper. But this place the staff works out your stress and places you in a perfect, relaxing vibe . I recommend booking your appointments ahead a time and not trying to do a walk-in. I love they have a call list if someone cancels their appointment to get you in early. Highly recommend body scrub with a message. I give this place two thumbs 👍 👍 up and highly recommend 👌 at least once a month to treat yourself.

I started my New Year 2024 prioritizing "me" with a Facial treatment done by Shiva. She is sweet and made me feel pampered with her gentle hands during facial extraction and massages on my neck, shoulders, & face. I have been a client for almost 20 years and all the aestheticians I tried are all wonderful and professionals💗 I only use BFB products. My favorite Born Firm moisturizer hydrates and glows my skin. The staff is always helpful and makes me feel welcomed🥰 Thank you, Mama Mia

Consistently excellent skincare products. For many years I enjoyed their facials (oxygen is fab) and massages but now live far away. However, I am amazed that just using their products keep my skin so nice. I am not as young as my picture so we know how important it is to age well and a lot of that is the skin that covers us. I called Bonnie to ask her to ship more items for my stockpile and was telling her what a huge difference the products make for me to this day. She asked if I would write a review and I said, absolutely! Five stars!!!
