Get my nails done a week ago, one already broke, went back today to get it fixed, and the lady starts screaming at me about fixing it, I was upset I payed $140 I will never go back

Would not recommend overpriced for the service. My pedicure lasted maybe 15 minutes was $45 no shellac, regular polish no additional lotion exfoliation, no nassage absolutely nothing I can honestly say I’ve never had as bad as a pedicure as I did today for that price it was maybe worth $20 if that there are no prices listed they’re very upfront with the pricing but I didn’t expect she pay $45 for a 15 minute pedicure

I went in just as she was open. Her sign said “open” I went on ready to pick my color after reviewing prices with her. They have no prices listed. She told me $20 for basic manicure $35 for short basic acrylic $50 for delux pedi and $15eyebrow wax. I went to pick my color and she comes to me and says she has a customer and asked me to come back after she just said she would take me. She sent me out and turned her “open” light off. She couldn’t handle servicing an African American woman in this area. I left the parking lot, drove around and go figure; she turned her “open” light back on. Wow!

I've been going here for 10 years. They always make time and help me out. I love this place. Great people!

The ladies at Best Nail and Spa were wonderful in caring for my service needs. The salon is clean, spacious, and each client's equipment is in a new sterile pouch . Their very conscious about cleaning chairs, tables, and countertops. I always consider doing an appointment, but they do take walk-in's. Update: Since COVID the price aren't listed as prior at front desk, so just inquire beforehand of total cost of service.
