had such a great experience at Best Nails and Spa! I walked in only about an hour before closing, and they were still so welcoming and happy to take me in. The staff was super friendly and patient, and they really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. I showed them my inspiration picture, and they matched it exactly! My nails came out even better than I imagined. The attention to detail and quality of Mike’s work was amazing. I truly appreciate them staying late to make sure my nails were done right. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful nails and great service!

Well I can’t say the lady didn’t try to fix my nails. She redid the big toes 3 times but they turned out the same way each time. Shame! I even asked if I could paint them myself but she insisted to “fix” it. Not fixed! UPDATE- Carol contacted me after my review and promptly redid all my nails to an upgraded gel. I loved how they stand behind their customer satisfaction and high standards. Thank you Carol!

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE. My sister got hers done, photo of inspiration, what was provided and what they did to “fix” the initial set. She is 16 she got her first check wanted to go alone for the first time. She tried to tell them something they brushed it off told her it’s okay, she came home unhappy she called back to get them fixed and they said yes come in we will fix them. They failed to tell her that they wouldn’t fix the shape, holes or length because everything was rushed and not done correctly. When she showed up they offered her poop brown and black. She chose brown and they looked worse than before. Not only that they peeled off within a few hours. Don’t waste your money. When she told them about the shape and color they basically bullied her into keeping what she had. Ag

They’re really the best nail salon in Abilene. Very professional and clean. The service is always fast and efficient even if it’s a walk in you always feel welcomed and the staff are very nice helpful and understanding. This is so far the best place for me to relax and enjoy being pampered! Carol Ann Helen Grandma and all the staff are amazing !!

I went to get dip power on my nails and the next day, 3 nails cracked. I repeat the next day, so I called to get them fixed which they did and it was great until the nail broke the same night. I’ve gotta nails my entire life but I’ve never had such problems, the dipping powder used is terrible quality.
