Best Nails Bar

I had an amazing pedicure experience at Best Nail Bar. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. My nail tech was attentive, gentle, and very detailed she made sure everything was perfect and that I was comfortable the entire time. The pedicure itself was thorough and relaxing, and my feet felt refreshed and looked great when I left. I really appreciated the professionalism and consistency in service. This is definitely a place I’ll be returning to and recommending to others.

I would give zero stars but I can't!!! Had a woman's day with friends brunch we decided to do manicures and pedicures left the salon and the gems started falling off my nails. I had gotten my eyelashes done and not even 2 days later they came off. I tried to just get a refund and they refused to refund my money. I will never give them another penny of my money.

Make sure you ask how much it’s going to be before they start doing your nails. Called ahead of time and they said $25 and up for a fill. I got gel polish with French tips. No design. Cut down and it was basic. No special request and they charged me $70. I usually don’t go here. Only reason why I went was because my current salon was closing and I needed my nails done. Wouldn’t recommend this place and will never return. Also they were handing out gifts and when I said that I wouldn’t be back she was hesitant on giving me one. Yet everyone was getting one.

I would give no stars if I could. I went with my daughter and friend to get pedicures. Me and my daughter asked for the package 3 and my friend for the package 2. When tried to ask for the French price they said $5 more. They told my friend $20 more. When I said I wanted French with regular polish, Kelly (my nail tech) said it was not gonna work with regular polish and if u came back with a chipped polish the will charge extra (information I didn’t ask) then started saying it was not gonna work and that the French was gonna be $15 extra with regular polish. So to avoid conflict I asked a milky white as a solid color. She then said it was not the same color and didn’t care to fix it. I called her back and said I would like the polish to be fixed because it was not even and bumpy (see pictu

Came here for a “soak off” which I didn’t receive instead he took nail clippers and a nail tip to remove my nails. In the process he ended up cutting me and when I mentioned a discount due to me being cut and blood pouring from my nail he laughed… what a disgrace.
