Best Nails (New Owner)

One of best pedicures I've ever had!! Ask for David you won't be disappointed!! Also the atmosphere was Amazing, the ladies in their were so kind and polite. I'll be coming back for more services!!

So me and my fiancee went to get our nails done there recently. After about a few days, we noticed that our nails weren't done correctly. Here's why: her nails were crooked, not painted fully, and they hurt her hands to the point that the cuticles bled. Me? Well, they didn't do my nails opaque like I wanted them to be in the Pinterest photo. They were also crooked and they weren't the right size like I asked for. Me and my fiancee will never be going here again. I suggest Lotus Nails. I will be booking there from here on out.

I was in Niagara for the weekend and decided to get my dip powder manicure filled at best nails. The next day after my manicure the clear coat started peeling up, they were uneven, and one of my nails broke. I went back and they re- filed and painted the top coat on my nails. Well, only 4 days later and the top coat is coming up again to the point that I need to go somewhere else to get them all fixed. I wanted to post this so maybe they can check out their products as the bottles of clear coat that they used looked really old. I did get a pedicure and while I felt the massage wasn’t worth the cost the nail polish and toe filing was good!

I've been here a few times and have gotten several services including eyebrows. I've always had a good experience. Yesterday I was getting ready for vacation and wanted something special. I got a full set medium short oval with a design. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was able to do it. It turned out better than expected. I can be a real pain with details and I'm very happy with these results.

I have been going here for a long time and will not go anywhere else. Tammy does incredible work along with everyone else. They take their time and pay attention to detail.
