Best Nails & Spa

I came here bc I had a doctor's appt that morning in the area. The staff were excellent and extremely pleasant. I normally just get a manicure and pedicure but the gentleman told me to get gel bc it lasts 3 + weeks so I agreed. Not even 7 days later I had my first chipped nail. I wasn't concerned bc it was only one, 10 days later 5 nails are severely chipped. When I called the salon the woman I spoke to said they would not cover nail chips 10 days post appointment. I explained the chipping happened days earlier on one nail and she said too bad I should have called earlier. I paid $115 for gel manicure and pedicure here for it to last a week. That is absolutely unacceptable and I would STRONGLY advise going to a different salon. There are plenty in this very area that probably would honor t

I love this place! It’s so fancy and very beautiful. Absolutely love Tammy!! She does the best nails and designs ever! I have been using her for my nails for around almost 8 years! Definitely go here!!

I had my first pedicure today at Best Nails & Spa and it's now my go-to. The salon is beautiful and the technician so meticulous. It was a very relaxing experience.

Tammy is the best!! I have been a client of hers for over 10years!!!! I live in cape and she recently took this place over and I usually don’t come to fort myers for anything but my kids sports, But for Tammy I will come. Every two weeks she straightens me out and I 100000% recommend her and all of het staff!!! Incredible renovation done by her. Clean and gorgeous!!
