Title: Mixed Feelings: Professional but Not Pampered Review: As a beauty influencer, how I feel when spending money on services is extremely important to me. I was really looking forward to visiting this place, especially after a previous not-so-great experience at another salon. Initially, I appreciated how attentive they were – they noticed a fungus on my feet and took the time to educate me about it, which I found thoughtful and professional. Tried out this nail salon. It was my very first time! My nail tech person was phenomenal. Her name is Amy!!! I will definitely be coming back to her. She is super good. Takes her time and pays attention to detail and made me feel very comfortable. Loved my experience here for the first time I will definitely be coming back and making Amy my go to person. Thank you for the great Service and clean atmosphere.

I usually never leave reviews but this place was genuinely terrible. They charged me 85 dollars for plain French when they said a new set is 55. The nails were awful and chunky looking and just plain old ugly, I went back once for a fill and they charged me 65 just for a fill with a solid color meanwhile they said last time a new set is 55 dollars. I’ve honestly never have had nails that looked this bad in my whole life, no idea why I went back. You could literally see brush strokes and polish marks. They are all wonky and different sizes and crocked. Besides that the girl that did my nails was pretty rude, I asked her to break my 20 and she only handed me 10 dollars back. Went here 2 days ago for a uv gel fill-in and the man doing them clearly just wanted to be done because he wasnt putting the gel over my entire nail and when I asked him to fix it he snapped and said no and refused to fix it and then he filed them so much that they are so narrow and they are already lifting on the sides. Do not go here

Very rude workers here. I walked in with my mom two hours before closing for a gel mani and the lady in the front gave me a dirty look and rudely asked what I wanted and when I said a gel mani she asked if made an appointment. Mind you this was in the middle of a week on a Wednesday evening, not a weekend or holiday. Nasty attitudes and made us feel very unwanted. Gel mani was not great either, the lady who did my nails was very unprofessional and unpleasant.
