Best of Nails & Spa

I’ve been to this location a couple of times and usually they do a good job! On Saturday, I went to this location to get a gel overlay and eyebrows. The lady wasn’t as welcoming and friendly as the previous person I had! She rushed and did my nails. She didn’t take her time at all! When my nails were done, I really didn’t like my nails but I had an important event to attend so I just went with the flow! By Tuesday most of my nails chipped off! My nails look horrible !!!!!! Doesn’t even look like I went to the nail salon to get my nails done! This is the worst service that I have ever received! I will not be returning back to this location! A waste of time and money!

This place does so much to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They use protective gloves when your hands are under the UV Light. They have a lot of color options to choose from. I love their glittery nail polishes. This is honestly my favorite nail salon in Norristown~

I booked an appointment for 4pm and got there at 4:06pm. The lady turned me away saying I had to reschedule for 6 minutes. Then her and her coworker was laughing like the inconvenience was funny. Just bad customer service all the way around

The salon is clean and ladies are friendly and do their best to accommodate appointments , i do recommend calling ahead and making an appt vs walking in. They also have so many options when it comes to designs and colors and dip vs gel vs acrylic. Highly recommend!

The only place I get my nails done! They look great every time and the attention to detail is amazing.
