I brought my some to the midtown location for stitch cornrows after my daughters had experienced great service. I have referred clients who also had great experiences. You don't have to start your service at home. Upon arrival, in a professional salon environment you can have your hair shampooed, conditioned, trimmed and blow dried by a professional. So I thought... My son informed the stylist started blow drying his dirty hair. When he informed the stylist he wanted his hair shampooed, she sighed and rolled her eyes. She then did a sub-par shampoo and a subpar blow out that was uneven and parts of his hair was still tangled and frizzy. As a result, that's exactly how his cornrows look, frizzy and uneven. I've left a voicemail, sent a text and email and awaiting a response. I will

DO NOT get your hair braided here unless you want to waste your money, time, be bald, and unsatisfied. Braids were too tight despite me telling the braider she was pulling my hair too tight to braid. Also, my hair was braided how the braider wanted versus my request. Within 24 hours, I had to take the braids out because of unbearable head pain. BUYER BEWARE, especially if you don’t want to be bald or develop alopecia. UPDATE: I had to get my hair cut because they burned the ends of my natural hair and experience hair loss in the front. I will not stop until everyone knows this place does not know what it is doing with unlicensed professionals. I had to pay close to $200 to correct my hair being burned at the ends. The owner called to try to resolve; he is a scam artist. I want my money

Kadiatou did my hair she was absolutely ADORABLE and very professional! They were very accommodating bcz it was a mixup with my appointment. The ambience was very relaxing, shop was clean and all the ladies were absolutely TOP TIER braiders! I will be back!
