use this salon mainly for convenience since it’s close to my daughter’s dance studio, but unfortunately this was a very disappointing experience. I told the front desk upfront that I only had one hour and was assured that would be fine. The technician did not ask my nail preferences, so I had to explain them myself. I specifically said I did not want tips because I had worked hard to grow out my natural nails. Despite this, my nails were filed extremely short and shaped square instead of round. The French SNS was applied very thick. When I picked up my hand to look and expressed concern, it was ignored. He drilled them down but they still looked bulky. I ultimately had to leave to pick up my daughter with very unsatisfactory nails I returned a few days later simply asking for the thickn

My daughter and I enjoyed our experience getting pedicures and acrylics with nail art for our upcoming Disney trip. We went early on a Sunday and got right in, price was fair and I received a discount for using cash. After we went home, my daughter took a shower at 8 pm and a large hunk of her nail art on her thumb came off (only hours after getting it done). We came on a Sunday because we did not have time to go later in the week, closer to the trip. I now worry if her nails are even going to last the week, let alone at Disney, and even though we will be there, she is going with a school choir for competition so if her nails fall apart we will not be allowed to get her and taker her to have them fixed. I recently visited the salon and got a gel polish manicure done. I was informed that the polish would last at least 10 days, but unfortunately, it started peeling off within just 2 days. This was especially disappointing as I had travel planned the next day, and I expected gel polish to be more durable than regular polish. Additionally, during the service, I felt quite uncomfortable. Whenever I asked a question, the staff performing the manicure and pedicure spoke to each other in their own language. It gave me the impression that they were making comments about me, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Idk why should I even pay for these kind of services. I hope you take this feedback constructively and work toward improving both service quality and customer experience.

Always clean and wonderful and reasonably priced services. Vicky and Emily are my dream team! Love this salon! My kids regularly come with me and we are always treated like celebrity guests. Any nail art my daughter asks for as always delivered to perfection! Wonderful wonderful salon!
