Not super happy. I was looking for someone to switch to, so my nails wouldn't break so frequently. Betty is super nice. They don't do builder gel, she recommended crystal gel instead. I came in with my natural nails with a some broken. (Reason for looking for a new tech) She insisted to clip all my nails down and do a full set. I asked for a coffin shape but overall I feel like the shape is very large and sloppy especially for $87.00 nails are quite thick and I'm not happy with the shape especially being it's not coffin and so much larger and wider than my natural nails. Also when I called to make the appointment the gentleman told me it would be $55 and about $5 extra to add tips to the broken nails so they would all be the same length. Betty does a really great job, just make sure you have an appointment because she rarely accepts walk ins.
