I've been going to Laura to get my eyebrows waxed for a few years now. I followed her from Sola Suites in Hyde Park to Betty O Day Spa. She came highly recommended! Laura is very gentle, professional and very talented at what she does. Overall, when you walk into Betty O Day Spa, your senses are overjoyed. The place smells amazing and inviting. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The staff is extremely professional and accommodating. I will be making plans to experience their massages and facials too. 5 Stars 🤩

I always have a good experience at Bettye O Day Spa. It’s easy to book services online. The space is cozy and relaxing. Everyone is extremely nice and I’ve never had to deal with a cancellation or even wait for my appointments to start. They appreciate my time and in turn I value their service. My nail technician is a bright spot in my day. The service is excellent and I appreciate her kind nature.

I love this place! So professional. So perfect. Tina C. did my facial most recently, but Jennifer has serviced me too, and they both do GREAT jobs. I look forward to my next visit.

I have had the pleasure of getting massages from Betty O Day Spa for about 7 years now usually once a year for my birthday. However, I decided to randomly go today for a distressing 😌 My oh my they NEVER disappoint!! The suite is always serene, you’re always greeted warmly by amazing staff -being offered a comfy seat, a cold beverage and a tasty snack. The sounds being heard throughout are light and tranquil! Bruce has always been my masseuse and will always whenever I go! He’s polite, professional, has an amazing technique and always check in during your session to make sure you’re ok! He is the best to me! They offer other amazing services so please check them out. Happy Customer💆🏽‍♀️

Had my Birthday Spa Day here: a massage, a facial, a pedicure and an eyebrow tint...and it was SO good! Michelle did my face and my face is glowing & my eyebrows are really nice. Nicole is doing my pedicure, as I text...she's great and is SO nice about my MS twitches...and my massage by Bruce was great! Highly recommend to all.
