I’m giving one star because the nail results were disappointing overall. The shaping wasn’t very even, and the polish looked a bit messy around the cuticles. Speaking of cuticles, the work was too aggressive and uncomfortable, leaving them irritated afterward. It felt rushed and careless, and I expected much better precision and care for a pedicure.
