Bien Nails

If you can avoid this place please do so. Employees hygiene is the worse. I requested a French tip nails & they did a 80’s French tip anyways besides that the employee was smoking cigarettes outside. He was asked to do my nails & he didn’t bother to wash his hands. He reeked in cigarette smoke I nicely asked him if he can please wash his hands & he only washed them with water, very unprofessional from his part after being asked to wash his hands. When I left the salon my hands smelled so bad like cigarette I could even hold my steering wheel and I didn’t say anything abt my nails I did not like them how thick the white tip was because the nails were what did the white tip & I even tipped but I shouldn’t have cause the service was very unprofessional and I didn’t like my nails. AVOID COMING

I am so disappointed and upset , I have been to this salon before and they did a good job, but today at 9:30 when they opened I had a horrible experience. The nail attendant seemed rushed finishing super quick and charged me for a full pedicure service, they did not properly cut or paint my nails. They carelessly did not fully clean the lotion from under my nails which I could feel bothering me, please see pictures provided. I did not want to causes a scene while I was there, but truly I cannot stop thinking about what a bad experience I had

They always do a good job but I never go when they open and this lady she was on her phone the whole dam time calling and messaging and me and my sister started at the same time and she finished first and I was still waiting to finish she then rushed to finished and even her co-workers was looking at her because she was on her phone the whole time

I have been coming here since 2012 when they had only one small sample palette of gel colors and I’m so proud of how far they’ve come with all their colors and other services they offer now😀. I now do dip instead of acrylics and it’s been so amazing! I just got my dip done on Wednesday and today I sliced a chunk out of thumb 🤦🏻‍♀️. I rushed there 30 min before they close and told them what I did and they fixed it for me quick. I always feel like they genuinely care about me when I go and they are always asking abo my family when they haven’t seen them in a while. I’ve definitely built a relationship with them and I won’t go anywhere else 😌 Thanks Bien Nails!

I have been going to Bien Nails for 4 years. I usually get my eyebrows done and I also have get pedicures. I do both with Cindy. She does an amazing job as you can see in the picture. I get compliments on my eyebrows all the time whenever she does them. When I first moved to the area, I got my eyebrows done at a few other salons, but they didn't do a good job. My nextdoor neighbor is an aesthetician and I still rather go to Cindy!! I go to Cindy because she is honestly the best!! She is also so fun to talk to, there are never any communication issues and she always has me leaving with a smile on my face.
