Dipped nail manicure. Katie is my technician. She is fluent in English so we share stories about our families. Her skills as a manicurist are excellent. Never left salon disappointed.

The first time I ever went here , I walked in shortly after opening for a pedicure and had a great experience. I wanted to go back and this time, brought 2 extra people with me & had appointments lined up. My daughter & adult niece. The whole time the nail techs were rude, water was cold. My niece and I both told the techs it was cold. Paid $35 for a KIDS pedicure! REGULAR polish! Yup, $35 for a 7 year old. No designs. Polish is off the next day (today!) picture attached is her toes 24 hours after a kids $35 pedicure. Will not return.

Was looking for a new place for Manicure & pedicure for myself and husband. First visit to Bien Nails. I had Don as my Tech. Pedicure was fair. Brought own medicated lotion for feet & hands & reminded her only to use what I broughton my legs & hands. Forgot for manicure & started using their brand. Manicure took forever with regular polish and cuticles not a good job. Polish was peeling same day by the time I reached home. My husband had a different Nail Tech. Pedicure was OK but manicure wasn't. Cuticles were half done. Tech should also watch what they say in their language in front of customers as some of us understand your language but maybe can't speak it well. Sorry, we will not be returning.

Nancy is amazing! She did an awesome job on my nails they look exactly how I wanted them, I really appreciate her talent.

I got a full set acrylic, and it was very nice. I never get fills so I had a few nails left from my previous set, and Nicole did amazing taking them off. I never request a soak off, so most nail techs just pop them off with the fake nails and it normally hurts a decent amount. This is the first time I’ve been to this location, and she did pop my old nails off, but super gently and it didn’t hurt a single bit!! I loved it so much! I will definitely return!!
