Big T Braids

HORRIBLE...DISGRACE..NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! This was a very bad experience, i will never recommend anyone to make an appt with Ms.willamson located at the entrance of Big T first salon to the left, the micros was not in my head a full week before they started falling out, front and back, also the front was small and neat micro braids but the middle was much bigger and very tacky, she also stated she only needed 4 hours, I got there at 3pm, she wasnt done in 4 hours shop closed at 7pm she then mase me follow her to her house to complete style, lasted until 12am then charged me an extra $50 for the brand of hair i purchased....$250 wasted, an horrible experience PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH MS.WILLSON!!!!!

Will never go here again all my braids from my micro is coming out all my hair on the sides in back has came out everyday a braids falls out and I got them done the day after thanksgivings this is crazy for 200 dollars for all braids to be hang by a thread I will not ever come here again and that is frfr everyday it’s 5 the 10 brides a day .worse service ever do not recommend them 2 anybody 🤦🏾‍♀️also braids in the back is coming out also

I always get braids for my cruises these are several different Cruise times and I go to Yatu the shop is right next to the beauty supply house, she always hook me up. I've been going there for years now and I love it. When you go on a cruise it's a must-have or vacation. These braids last a long time I go back about the first month and get a touch up and add color and it looks like a whole new set of braids try it out and see you won't be disappointed

Beauty supplies for every hair upkeep need, including weaves, wigs & maintenance. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable & were very friendly and approachable. Stop by and check them out if you're in the neighborhood. Don't forget to go inside of the Big T mall. You may find something that you didn't know you needed.

I will never refer anyone else here again!! The customer service is horrible. I sent my mom there to get small short box braids & the said 4hrs when she arrived at 1pm. They started on her hair then stopped to do another client who came in after her. My mom did not leave that salon till 8pm. There were 2 people working on her head and it still took them 7hours that’s INSANE!!! They played around the entire time braiding my mom’s hair started and stopped it was true horrible experience. There are plenty of braids who do competitive work & still have great customer service. People pay too much money for this type of inconvenience. Please go somewhere where your money is valued.
