BIGNON'S AFRICAN HAIR BRAIDING

AVOID GOING HERE AT ALL COSTS!!! I made my appointment for 9am on Saturday and when I walk in everything was fine for maybe 10 minutes when the stylist (Pauline) came back in and argued with me about my hair color and attempted to put the wrong hair color. When the dispute was resolved she started my hair, from this time to the end there was no issue. It was at the end of the appointment where I realized she had done a horrid job and my hair looked NOTHING like the picture I gave. It only got worse from there because the stylist proceeded to CUT MY OWN HAIR when cleaning up the twists. I had told her to stop once and when I thought she did around 3 minutes later my hair fell in my lap and I realized she couldn’t tuck hair worth her life and was still cutting my hair after I asked her not t

Asked for shoulder length box braids and got it! I'm happy with my results and the long-gevity if the braids. The only issue is pricing besides that it's quality work. (My hairstylist is Angie)

I am completed disappointed in my touch -up. I came back because my first style I got in June was absolutely beautiful so of course I went back last Thursday for a touch up and OMG! The braids she redid was way shorter and bigger than what I had. I was just so disappointed. I almost never get the same style but because I loved the style so much, I wanted a touch up. I was upset and I advised the lady who checked me out that I was unhappy and all she told me was the girl doesn't usually do twist. I'm like well why would you let her do my hair. Anyway, I want to give them another shot but I work too hard for my money to not enjoy what I pay for.

Asia and Miriam were awesome. I was a walk in. I told them that I had another appointment in 2 hours. I asked if they would be able to give me a hair style and have me out by my appointment time. They said yes and they met the goal. They were warm and kind. They did not braid too tight and my hair came out great. I got box braids.🥰 I’m happy with the service. Fast and efficient.
