Bijou Hair Braiding

I have been coming to Bijou for years and they never disappoint. This is the only shop that braid my hair and my edges are not thinning which is important to me because I get my hair braided often. They are very friendly and engage with the customers. I highly recommend this shop.

They are fast, the pricing is decent and I have had micros from them 3x. Not 1 time has a braid fell out 😍 Not 1. AND I can sleep on my braids the 1st night with no issues or headaches.

I came in for braids looking for another shop. They accepted. I expressed I was natural and tender headed. She heard and said she was too. During, many times I asked for her to loosen up, she said she was, then the last time I said something she got smart and said we can take it down. She was almost done and the style was cute. So me thinking and being use to braids maybe after a few days it will loosen, after five days I had major sores in my head. N had to take it down I feel like I wasted 180dollars. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING PERIOD

Came to them before and they did my hair real good but I came today and they told me I need an appointment and that they weren’t doing my Senegalese twist! Never had this problem until now.

They pulled my edges out. Very disappointed I had 2 braiders and the lady doing my right side kept pulling my hair so tight I was crying. I asked her to ease up on pulling my hair like that. But she kept pulling it!!!!! Talking about my hair was very fine and thin. That's no excuse, and they are expensive I paid $350 for Senegalese twist. I guess I also paid $350 for them to snatch my edges out!!! Because that's what they did. My right side was hurting for 4 weeks it was so tight and painful. I tried everything to loosen them up.
