Bijou Nail Bar

Charged me $80 BUT they only did a color change on my nails. NO fill in or full set was done. To make matters worst he got irritated over me expecting detailed work. I would’ve stayed for a pedicure but, I’d rather spend my money where patience is part of their charm. I still left a tip, which I regret. Also, details are horrible here. I wish I spent $100 elsewhere.

Received a manicure on my natural nails. When I removed the polish after two weeks, I noticed deep grooves and staining that would not come off. Apparently the nail tech treated my nails like artificial nails with their automatic tools. I returned to the salon to show them the damage and the older man (manager? owner?) acted like I was inconveniencing him by coming in. He was not apologetic and when I asked for a refund, he told me that I paid with a card and those cost money. What?! I did get my money back but had to argue. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want your nails destroyed.

Didn’t have the best experience. Showed a reference photo for some style and the colors didn’t even match, let alone the design. Then when I said it wasn’t what I wanted I was told it was because my nails were too short and I didn’t like the design to begin with. I asked him to remove the nail polish all together, which I have never ever had to do. left with my cuticles bleeding and paint still halfway on my nails. Still was charged for the manicure This was honestly the worst experience with nails I’ve ever had.

I love going to Bijou and have been going here for a year now! I always get a dip powder manicure and the manicure lasts for weeks. Additionally so many people compliment me on how good my nails look. I’m able to try so many different colors and chrome powder! The staff is very nice and accommodating towards me offering me water and anything else to feel relaxed. Will continue have Bijou be my normal spot.

I went to Bijou for the first time 3 weeks ago and got a regular dip powder service. The dip powder lasted 3 weeks with absolutely no lifting. I only got them redone because they were growing out. I was amazed at the quality so I went back! This time I got Jack to do a multi colored French dip powder services. Jack made sure that I was happy with all the colors and he was super patient when I wanted to change one of the colors that we originally picked. Jack did an amazing job and was so careful! My nails look amazing and I’ll definitely be back! The salon always smells so good and is very clean.
