Worst customer service, over charged and very rude about their mistakes constantly burning the side of my fingers because he made one hand longer than the other. they do your nails the way they want to instead of what your asking for. Definitely won’t be back and won’t refer anyone to go there.

I had a horrible experience here for eyebrows. Usually the older lady does my brows and she does a phenomenal job. Well a younger lady did them. She did them. Before I could fully lean back in the chair hot wax was already on my brows. She didn’t brush or trim my brow hairs. Just moving fast and rude. I won’t be back here for any services

I often come here with my grandmother to get our nails done. Annie is such a sweetheart and always does my nails perfect.

They charge a convenience fee for using a card to buy a gift certificate? Wow, it’s hard to believe people still do that. They need to look into a new card processor if their fees are too high. Very disappointed and employees were rude, I would not recommend.

Won't be back. I asked for a girl to do my nails today and the design they totally blew me off and and man that did my nails hurt me 5 times and wouldn't do the colors I wanted. Acted like he didn't understand.. Sad thing is I have been I. There 3 times in last 2 weeks for toes and nails.
