Bindu African Hair Heaven

After undergoing a touch-up service, I was charged $140. Despite leaving a generous tip, I am deeply disappointed with the experience. The service provider mistakenly removed my small box braids during the touch-up and subsequently reinserted them incorrectly. This resulted in a significant loss of time and money. I intend to avoid returning to this establishment in the future.

I've been going here for years now off and on. The ladies are very polite and the atmosphere is nice. The salon has been upgraded since my last visit and it's beautiful. Prices are not bad either and my hair is always neat and beautiful. My #1 go to braid spot 🙃

I started my lock journey at bindu african hair heaven,I always got two strand twist the first time going here my hair was beautiful but it was not two strands. (They did what they felt like) my third time was completely unacceptable they accept walk ins so I came exactly at open and they told me to wait till 2pm (they open at 8) so I had to sit there while they prioritized the boho walk ins then the lady who did my hair was really lazy and unprofessional when asked to do my two strand twist she screamed “EHH” and proceeded to not do the ends of my hair and my mom had to make them finish my hair the right way not to mention they keep combining my locs and just doing a terrible job photo of combined loc bellow one of many

I greatly appreciated going to Ms. Bindu. I honestly had a great experience with them. She did my favorite hairstyle crochet and it's gorgeous. I love it!! The other stylist were very patient and kind to the customers. They spoke nicely and calmly to the customers. They didn't make anyone feel bad for being unique and different. I will definitely let my friends and family know about this place. Keep up the great work and I will see you all again soon.

So today was a long day. I was there for nearly 12 hours. The style is pretty, but longer than I asked for. Today, I went against what I was thinking and went to them anyway. I asked yesterday about the time for a reason. Was told 4 to 5 hours. I don't know if I'll actually go back again.
