Bintou African Hair Braiding

I have short hair and I came to this salon for small cornrows. I showed the lady a picture and pulled a piece of my hair out to show her its length and she said she was able to the style. I went to the beauty supply store, bought the hair and waited for an hour. When I sat down I took my scarf off and she told me my hair was not long enough for cornrows and I should let it grow out more before getting it braided. I was furious I looked for parking and wasted my time at this business who clearly is not very professional. If you have short hair dont waste your time here they will turn you away. I called the lady who does my weaves and her daughter was able to braid my "hair that was too short fof cornrows" 😤. The style I wanted was much smaller therefore would've been easily accomplished. First timer. Prices are reasonable. What I didn’t like is the constant and excessive talking over customers head. OMG, they talk mad loud too. I don’t mind them talking you know we all humans but it’s excessive and they get distracted easily. They style I wanted come out really nice and that’s the only reason why I would be giving the extra star to make it 4.

I mean depending on the person who braids your hair they do good hair. The prices went up. The most I would pay is 140. Plus I always tip so they should be good. I don't get long braids nor do I sit in the chair for long so im not paying too much for nothing. Im always in and out.

Worst experience ever. Women did not know how to part and I do not have box parts. I asked for knotless and got regular box braids. Okay cool. Ask for medium got small. The do what they want and do not listen. I saw ppl come and go and they hair look nice idk why they gave me the lady in the back. I came in at 11:45 left at 6 and hate my hair.
