This place is a joke. Bintou ruined my hair, gave me crooked, uneven braids nothing like what I asked for, and ignored me when I tried to speak up. I watched her steal the expensive curly hair I brought and then lie about it. I sat there for hours while people who came after me were served first. Then she ghosted me when I asked for a refund. She’s unprofessional, dishonest, and doesn’t care about her clients. Avoid this place at all costs

Do NOT go to this braiding shop. They will steal from you and completely disrespect your time and money. They don’t know what they’re doing, the parts are crooked, the styles come out NOTHING like the photos, and they’re careless with your hair. I brought expensive human hair for curly pieces, and they straight up stole it. When I confronted them, they lied. When I texted them after, I was ignored. This place is shady, unprofessional, and run by people who clearly don’t care about doing honest business. Go literally anywhere else.

My Braids Were Nice But They Were Overly Tight, I Asked For My Edges To Be Out So They Dont Get Pulled Out And Not Even One Week Later I Have 3 Bald Spots Around My Edges And 8 Braids Has Came Out And Now It Seems Like They May Become Bald Spots Because My Hair Came Out With The Braids Now I Have Only Thin Hair In Those Spots…. Waste Of $240 Dollars I Should’ve Went With My First Mind And Mot Went But They Called Me Back So I Can Come Just For Them To Give Me Bald Spots!
