Lenzie always does my hair and does a fantastic job! I will not let anyone else touch my head! She also does my sons and my grandmothers hair and it always looks fantastic! Bisbee hair company is such a friendly environment! I always feel so welcome when I go in there. 10/10 recommend!

Myself and my daughters have been going to Lenzie for years. She has always been so professional and very accommodating with our schedules. We are always happy with our hair when we walk out. It took me years to find Lenzie and she will have to put up with us for years to come. I love it when you find a friend in unexpected places.

My hair is 4 different colors. Michole messed up my hair and then told me to leave and that I should find a new hairstylist when I didn’t want to sign a contract saying she wouldn’t be liable for my hair falling out if she fixed it. This is the second problem I’ve had with her doing my hair since 2018 and she told me not to come back because she made a mistake. What a joke, honestly want my money back for the hair I don’t like. It’s 4 different colors. She still made me pay half but it wasn’t even worth that.

This was honestly the worst haircut I've ever gotten. I've been cutting my own hair since I was 15 because of a bad experience, but my walmart shears finally broke after 5 years. The first thing I noticed was how run-down the inside of the shop looked, but that doesn't necessarily speak for the skills of the stylists. Lenzie (I apologize if I misspelled it) barely communicated with me, and outright ignored what I asked for. In fact, she was more focused on watching her child. I can understand if you can't find someone to watch your child, but that's no excuse for butchering my hair. I left the salon with my hair several inches shorter than the reference picture (I'm a man, so it's a significant portion of the length) and my neckline pushed up.
