Overcharged for services not received – Dishonest staff I am extremely disappointed with my visit to this salon and the work of the technician named Jade .I came in specifically for a full set with extensions. I stated my request clearly at the beginning, showed the desired length with my hands, and even asked twice during the process when she would start adding the length. Jade told me it would be more expensive and verified the price with another technician ($83 instead of the usual $55). I explicitly agreed to that price. In the end, the technician completely ignored my request and only did a basic manicure on my short natural nails without adding any length. Be cautious if you decide to go here and use their nail services. I needed my tips removed and told them that this could be done by using just an acetone soak; however, I was not able to communicate well with anyone in the store (few to no English speakers). The nail stylist seemed to lack experience and did not realize I even had tips until after she soaked my fingertips and filed them several times. She wanted to use the sanding tool which I declined. As she kept reaching for it, I eventually agreed (since it did not appear there was any other option) and requested she not use it on my real nail down by the cuticle. I would never spend my money here again. The nail tech rushed through my set and it looks disfigured and bumpy. It really just looks like someone did it in 5 minutes. Then I was told to wait for someone else to do my pedicure and ended up waiting an hour while I watched others walk in come in and be serviced until I eventually decided to just leave. Who knows how much longer I would’ve waited if I stayed. Not worth $72 for just a refill and French tip. Pictures really don’t do it justice. Don’t waste your time or money with this place.

Absolutely LOVE this place. The people are so sweet here. Especially Beth and Mila. Treated like family every time I come here and I always leave with KILLER nails. :) Lily is super sweet as well. Very professional. 10/10 definitely recommend.

After moving to Miami, I was referred to this salon by a friend. I was pleasantly surprised when my nails were still intact after 20 days. They provide excellent service and use quality products. These are my nails 20 days after service The dip power lasts and doesn’t chip easily. Highly recommend Lin for any nail designs.
