Had a wonderful first time experience with Julia. I had a general idea for what I wanted for my intricate nails, so I brought in several photos for inspo. She helped me combine the design ideas I loved. She was very detail oriented and skilled with the design & taking care of the nail shape and cuticles. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nail art salon in the city!

The only nail salon I'll go to, even after 5 years! Technicians are caring, professional and meticulous. The salon environment is clean, calming and always a pleasure to visit. Lily in particular is a perfectionist, and as someone who is very obsessive with her nails, she's the only person I trust. I can can actually relax during appointments knowing she'll do a 10/10 job every time.

Bisou is incredible! They’re unmatched in: • artistry • gentleness • attention to detail • knowledge of nail science • informed about Japanese products & techniques (which are unequivocally the best) I’ve seen *almost* everyone at Bisou. They all possess extreme skill without a magnifying glass in ways I didn’t know was possible. My personal first choices are Tomo & Julia, then Cece— particularly because they attend to my thin, yet rough cuticles exquisitely, and paint to the edges flawlessly, delivering stunning results without me needing to say a word (though, I do genuinely enjoy chatting with them).
