Service was fast & the salon was very clean. I got straight back cornrows & I’m not sure if I’ll ever go back for that. I can hardly keep my head up , walking around with a stiff neck because she braided my hair so tight. I asked her 3 times to loosen my hair. I guess we have two different views on loosening hair. Price was fair for the length as well, but I’m really sitting here trying not to take these braids out my head. They’re cute, but my edges are literally pulling & she felt the need to grab every piece of hair on my head so even the baby hairs in the back are pulling. If you trying to go for cornrows consider somewhere else. I’m not even tender headed she was just OVERLY heavy handed.

Best damn braid shop EVER! I have NEVER had a bad braiding experience here. Dorothy is very professional and considerate of your time and her convenience. I’m never going anywhere!! My hair is always on point when I go there. Every single braid is neat, the same size and very pretty. I’ve had micros lots of times as well as micro micro braids. Never a bad job done!

When I first starting going I loved it! I got a good length braids for an amazing price and there was woman in particular and I wish I knew her name who always did my hair and did it with excellence and barley took any brakes but the past two times I've been they raised their prices and it was a drastic change and another worker has been doing my hair and I have natural thick hair and I like getting segalease twist and she tells me I cant get it because my hair is napping! She complained the whole time doing my hair and made me right my name down saying that I couldn't call back and get braids opt back as there policy says you can do in five days of getting it done. The second time she completely refused to give me twist so I had to get box braids!!!!! I personally just have an issue with
