I’ve been coming here for awhile. Martin was my barber for the past few months. Although I haven’t had a problem with his quality of work, his professionalism needs readjustment. Twice I’ve came on my appointment time and I’ve waited over 20 minutes to sit in the seat. This past time I had an appt for 11:20. I waited for 50 minutes while he ate lunch. Not a courtesy to let me know or that he was running behind, nothing. In fact, a co-worker let me know he was in the back eating after I said something. If you’re planning to take a lunch during that time then block it off so customers can’t book or let the customer know. Either way I shouldn’t have been waiting almost an hour past my appt time. So I walked out and went somewhere else.

Very friendly. They even have a pool that everyone even kids can play. They did a great job on my son hair. Definitely coming back!

Went in to get a trim from the guy that I had been to last time. Without asking me he cut a part into my hair. In an area where it was clearly not in the natural part that had been there before. I could feel the long strands going down my arm. Then when I told him I don't usually do that he then cut my sides short and high and left my remaining hair way too long on top. It looked like a toupee. The haircut was the day before my dad's celebration of life and I definitely felt crappy about my look that day. I ended up shaving my head since that looked better then whatever he gave me. If you go here make sure to get an experienced stylist.

I've been coming to Ritchie for a year straight and always leave with a perfect cut. Super talented, great attention to detail, and genuinely cool to chat with. Best barber I've had. 5 stars all the way!
