I asked for medium knotless boxbraids the lady who started on the back of my head did a size medium but when they got to the front they started doing my braids extremely smaller than what I had asked for I tried to tell them that the front was too small compared to the back of my head and the women tried to convince me that they were the same size. They are also very rough with your natural hair and don’t detangle correctly they just pull all your hair out while detangling. They comb your hair from root to ends with a ratail comb on textured 4c hair even if you ask them kindly to brush or use a wide tooth comb to detangle they refuse and claim “they forgot” if you care about the health of your natural hair I highly in courage you to go somewhere else there just a waist of money
