Bella absolutely nails it every single time. I never leave her studio without a big smile on my face. She makes getting your hair done such a chill, cozy, and welcoming experience. Whether you are going blonde, brunette, or coming in with a crazy idea, she truly listens and always does her best to make sure you leave happy. A total girls girl and time flies whenever I’m there. Can’t wait to go back!

They're okay. I was there once for my hair and also saw the other woman for lashes. Nothing as amazing as their portfolio shows, I do think maybe editing is involved. They seem to be friends as they prioritize their personal conversations over interacting with clients, I actually felt like I was intruding the one time I spoke. Maybe since they are newly out of school they just need to learn customer service which will come with time. Not exceptional, not awful. But for the price you can at least get better customer service elsewhere. Edit to reply: i have been to this exact salon, I just choose to keep my legal name non-public
