They do great nail art but watch the tip percentage. I didn't catch it until after I left, but I spent $70 on my nails and their kiosk said 20% of $70 was $18. Double check the math and learn from my lesson.

I really debated leaving this review. I don’t want to hurt this business but I want to be honest. I started going to Bleu Nails when it was Vegas Nails and was always satisfied with my service. But since the management switch things have been a little different. Don’t get me wrong, the customer service is always great. Very kind staff. But the same person has done my nails and with the last 4 sets at least one thing I asked for was wrong. The French being not quite what I asked for, a nail not painted like the reference picture, giving me a stiletto when I asked for almond. The last 2 times I went in, she cut my fingers 3 times each, with the files and dremel. If you’re bad at speaking up during your nail appointment, this might not be the place for you.

I loved this place when it was Vegas Nails. Not so much now. Very little care or attention into your experience or creating a relaxing environment. An employee (maybe the owner) sat in a chair next to me and watched videos and memes at a high volume. It's hard to relax when employees are talking across the salon to one another (rarely facing you during your foot massage with frequent pausing because the focus is the conversation) + background music + the video that's being watched on speaker. That's the baseline noise before customers add to it. Ironically, the customers were the quietest part of my experience. My toenails are not straight. Won't be back. My pedicure was $65.

Love going here! They always are so friendly and make me so happy with my nails. Lisa is amazing!
