I’ve been coming to Blink Nails for 15 years, and even though ownership has changed a few times, the quality has always stayed amazing. Donald and Sofia are truly skilled at what they do, they never rush anyone, they take their time, and they always get the job done right. I leave happy every single visit. I’ve recommended friends who still come here because the service is consistently excellent. Even after moving from Watertown to Newton, this is still my go-to nail salon. I have been coming here for a few months now for nails, pedis and eyebrow waxing. Staff is so friendly and they do a great job ♡

I had a 5pm appointment which I had made a week prior. When I arrived the place was clean and I was greeted by the employee. He came over and said he would wrap my nails while the other employee finished with the other customer. Well after my nails were wrapped I was told I would have to wait sometime as the customer before me was an hour and half late for her appointment and they still took her! I waited a half hour and walked out. Do not go here if you value your time because they clearly don’t. Plenty of better businesses in the area. Would give 0 Stars if I could. EDIT:I arrived at 4:55 he wrapped my nails and at 5:30 was still waiting with my fingers wrapped. It all comes back to you should hold customers accountable if they’re more than 15 minutes late you should make them resche
