Bliss Nail Bar

I really wanted to love this place, but after a few sets, I don’t see a reason to come back for my nails. The only reason I would comeback is for a pedicure - and is why there is 2 stars instead of one on this review. No complaints about the pedicure side. I’ve had about 3 sets here (1 full, 2 fill in acrylics) and each time, the tip of a nail came off. I’m not hard on my hands, I work from home at my desk all day. One time, the tip of my nail popped off when I hit my turn signal in my car. That takes a minuscule amount of force to do, why are nail tips coming off!? They’re also inconsistent about pricing. I went back to get my nail fixed every time it happened, and twice I was charged $7, once I was not charged at all. So I don’t understand if that’s at the discretion of each nail tec

*** stay away! I would give this business zero stars if possible. I came in last week to get a fill in while I was hunting for a new nail salon less than a week later my nails started to lift and one fell off. While at my original appointment I asked the nail technician if I needed a new set and I was told I could go another two appointments, so when I came in to discuss my concerns I was met with unprofessional behavior by the manager, where she told me she would fix the nail that fell off but not the lifted nail because it was based on a previous service. As I explained to her that I had asked the nail technician prior to getting the fill and became disgruntle telling me that the policy is on the table to my surprise she walked from the very back of the salon that I had never been to pul

Hellen did a great job 10/10 . I had a great experience getting a basic manicure. The nail tech was friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They paid close attention to detail, shaped my nails nicely, and left them clean and neat. The service was quick but not rushed, and everything felt very hygienic. My nails looked natural and well cared for when I left. I would definitely recommend this nail tech for anyone looking for a simple, quality manicure.

Been coming to this salon for 2+ years and have always had a good experience! My girl Fatima will get me right every single time. Huge selection of nail colors and friendly, knowledgeable staff.
