**update, my toe is infected now and I added a picture of the two week difference from my last visit. I will be going to urgent care to get treated, my meta glasses display bad practices at my original visit. The male employee claimed it was jammed /stubbed to get to this result. Never bruised never stubbed clearly infected and eating away at my toe nail** SHARING AGAIN SINCE MY FIRST ONE WAS TAKEN DOWN FOR SOME REASON! My photo is to display my big toes even after “fixing it” I’m still in pain and they blamed it on growth when this started to persist just one day after I got them done. I requested to speak with the owner...denied that! I walked in to soak the gel off my long natural nails and left with all of my long natural nails cut off a d replaced with fake tips to replace my real nails. No apologies from the person that did this to me! Everyone was concerned about the payment. This was a very big inconvenience. This set me back big to make it you appointment. I did not think that o would have experienced this type of service. I was told that my nails would grow back. Now pay and leave basically! Im very upset 😡

I love Bliss !! Tao is my technician and no matter what I bring her, Tao is up to the task of creating it! Take a look at the pics - she’s incredibly talented, a hidden gem ! They have a wide range of options, acrylic, gels, cats eye polish, chrome, all the trendy styles and newest products. The salon is clean, neat and professional. All working massage chairs ! Quiet calming music. Beautiful area, come for nails, go to lunch, take a walk. Fantastic location. I’ve brought my husband and son for pedicures, they felt comfortable here, and felt the hot rock pedicures where the best- they both work hard and are on their feet- Ann takes pride in her work, and is a great manicurist. My teenage daughter decided to try this nail salon instead of her usual one because her friends go there and invited her. Her first experience was good—they did a good job—so she decided to go again. However, this time, a different technician did her nails, and they turned out horrible. She didn’t say anything at first, but after being made fun of at school for how crooked they were, she told me. I decided to take her back to see if they help her out . She was hesitant because she’s very timid in these situations, but I encouraged her to speak to the front desk so she could learn to advocate for herself if this ever happened again.
