I was not satisfied with my keratin treatment by Matt (Mert), and he tried to charge me double the price for having long hair after my treatment was completed. (I don’t have long hair). Not transparent or professional. I am happy to pay more for good and honest service disclosed before the appointment. When it is sprung upon me at checkout time, that’s completely unethical. He seems to realize that no one would agree to this upfront, which is why it must be sprung upon a client during checkout. I cannot recommend this place. He was also rude and tried to gaslight me about my hair type. My hair is straight and easy to work with, and he kept acting like it is the worst hair on earth and as if I should be grateful I am paying him to render this service. Put in yoga spinning 2/3 hot yoga or vinyasa next door or across the street! Excellent area up- and- becoming . Hair technician here excellent, absolutely charming undervalued village location needs yoga and spinning boutique in this charming sleepy Spring Hill/ Upper McLean Village. City should put in pedestrian crossing and pedestrian lane heading north- west for walkability. Roots cafe across the street is great needs more vegan. walk the dog young wealthy neighborhood except In fall of US/ Obama Admin there were wealth- defense kidnappings and thefts of houses in what should be a fabulous upscale charmer. For the longest time I couldn’t find someone who can treat my stubborn gray roots and style my hair the way I would like. John is an amazing hair stylist, he transformed my dull and out of style hair into a stunning manageable hair that I love . The atmosphere is so friendly and fun, they are very kind. My experience was nothing but excellent. I highly recommend it to my friends and family.

I went here just to get my eyebrows waxed and left feeling like a million bucks. They lady who did my waxing was so nice and knowledgeable. She was gentle and made me feel very relaxed. When I was finished she casually inquired where I got my hair done (as I was desperately trying to cover it with a hat). I explained not really anywhere as my family had recently experienced a loss. I decided to get my hair washed just to try to feel human again. I think the man who did my hair was Jay (?). He was so nice and understanding and did such an amazing job. I have never gone anywhere and been so impressed with the customer service and how they treat everyone like family. They made me feel like I was actually worth the time and effort. John is an amazing stylist. The salon is beautiful, newly renovated and very pleasant. John is prompt and very accommodating. He took the time to get to know me, and suggested a style and color that is exactly what I have been looking for and one which works for me at this stage in my life. I look forward to being his client for a very long time.
