I absolutely loved my experience! I came in without an appointment, they were very nice and accommodating. Valerie did an amazing job! Bliss Salon definitely gained a new customer! Plus I was on my lunch break and I was in and out in under an hour! I do not live in Montville, but I will definitely take the drive next time. And for 45.00 bucks! Definitely! Thank you again!

So I had written a yelp review about how unhappy I was with my experience at Bliss salon. Only to be told the stylist was right and I was wrong. I understood that because my hair is dark it would take multiple sessions to get me to the desired level. However, I did not expect to leave looking like a student worked on my hair. I showed the stylist two pictures , one with a root smudge and one without. She acknowledged she never confirmed with me which one I wanted, after the fact. But apparently on the yelp review she said I never showed her the picture with the root smudge which is a complete lie. So even if I wasn’t able to achieve the level I wanted, I expected to be left at a presentable color. My hair is so many different colors, I’m STILL trying to fix it. I was charged for a haircut

I always have an amazing experience at Bliss ! The staff is always so welcoming and the salon has such a great vibe. My stylist really listens to what I want and gives me the perfect cut and color. They truly care about their clients. I highly recommend Bliss Salon to anyone looking for professional and exceptional service!
