I have been going to Blissful Nails for about a year, religiously every two weeks, and I get a gel mani and regular pedi for about $40 + $10 tip I always give the manicurist. The manicurist are all generally very nice and most of my visits I get my nails done with Diana. I am what you would consider, as a business owner, a loyal customer. However, recently and on several occasions after getting my nails done with Diana and paying an extra $10 for a hardener undercoat on my hand nails for my gel mani, a few days later in less than a week the nail polish falls off like press on nails. On the several occasions this has happened to me I texted Diana and sent her pictures and never once did she or the owner (also the receptionist) Melissa have offered to redo the work and actually Melissa blame

I was a loyal customer here for many years and went a long time without a single issue. I truly love Misbel. She is a sweetheart and always did a great job, which is the main reason I stayed as long as I did. Unfortunately, my experience eventually changed. One day, my nail polish on my hands started coming off shortly after my appointment. I went back to politely ask if they could repaint them and was met face to face with Melissa, who scolded me and claimed it happened because I work on my computer while my nails are being done. This made absolutely no sense, since I work on my computer while they are doing my feet, not my hands. Instead of trying to help or take accountability, I was spoken to in a rude and dismissive way. I’ve been going to Blissful Nails for years. They are all friendly. They make you feel at home. Misbel does an amazing job with my mani and pedi. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Always a pleasure going to blissful nails. The shop is gender neutral and always fun and on point with their skills. I have been visiting for a couple years now and can confidently recommend them to anyone as I have always felt accepted and very satisfied with their professionalism and fabulous service. Five stars all the way.

I've gone here a number of times already and I absolutely love it. $28 for Gel mani and regular pedi is unheard of and since I've started going, there selection in colors has only grown. I love the casual, laid back atmosphere as it makes me feel really comfortable. For best experience, you should know that: 1) They seem to only take tips in cash 2) They are pretty strict on appointment times as it's a pretty busy location and you shouldn't be more than ten minutes late, though they try to accommodate you as best they can if you're late or a walk-in. I've been a walk-in maybe 5 times or so, and they managed to squeeze me in 4 of those times, usually mid-week. 3) They speak both English and Spanish. If you are not comfortable with people speaking Spanish around you, don't come here.
