Absolutely amazing. The staff was amazing and sweet. The atmosphere was as calm as ever. I had a Swedish massage by Julie and my boyfriend did the flotation. Julie was kind and made sure I felt comfortable while Nicole (Im sorry if the name is wrong!) gave us a tour and made sure we understood the services and what we would be doing. We both left feeling like new born babies. It was our first time visiting Cloud9, we drove 2.5 hours from Miami, and we will definitely be coming back.

There is no spa at this address! Save your time and stay away.

Incredible customer service! I came in and was politely introduced to the place and given a little tour of everything. After that I was given a room and started my float experience. I came out feeling extremely relaxed with a clear mind. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful Thai type of massage with James, and then off to the floating tank. Felt absolutely wonderful afterwards. I am calling for another appointment for my daughters and me too!

Cloud 9 is a very mellow inviting spa with great staff! I encourage everyone to float! I feel like a weight has been lifted off me physically and mentally:)
