I absolutely adore visiting Bri! She’s the most incredible and professional stylist I know. If you’re considering getting a service, I would highly recommend Bri.

Got a blowout… the place is lovely, very cute and aesthetic! Unfortunately I was just not very impressed by the outcome. My hair just didn’t come out the best and it’s definitely something I could have achieved at home. Felt like my roots were still pretty frizzy and my hair felt dried instead of styled. We pinned the sections as we went but the look still came off kind of messy rather than blowout curls. I also felt pretty rushed. Someone was still seated by the time my appointment rolled around and the stylist is already rushing and focusing on the next person coming in before you even leave the chair. Overall, the experience just didn’t feel special and the outcome was the same as an at home blowout. Still tipped, but I was a bit disappointed with my results

UPDATE: Katherine their manager reached out & tried to accommodate me to make me a happy customer. The fact that she did that shows that they truly care for their customers. Again, they do good blowouts, my issue was my daughters service. Katherine, thank you for the customer service provided. I usually go here for blowouts because it’s close by & convenient. Today I decided to take my daughter for two simple braids and I wish they would’ve been honest and told me they would not look good because they are not used to working with textured hair, Its sweet that they tried but the braids look awful. I gave 2 stars because my blowouts usually look good, Amanda is great and so is amber Lynn (I believe that’s her name) she’s super sweet and fixed my blowout today to make sure I left happy with

I love Blo but I'm a regular at the Coral Springs, Florida location. This is the first and only time I have ever been dissappointed with the service. I always paid $55 + tip for a blowout on my 3C (Black, Thick Curly) hair. Here I was charged $70 for an Extended Time fee. This bothers me because I paid more for worse results than my usual experience. South Florida is the same if not worse humidity than Houston, so I know that's not the issue. I'd choose another location or local salon for textured hair.

I am a very frequent visitor to Kingwood Blo. They always are professional, courteous and refresh my hair to look its best. Highly recommend to everyone!
