Customer Reviews
Absolutely love going here. Both Rachel and Adriana are amazing. Get the membership if you plan on going twice a month, totally worth it! Everyone always friendly and they get me in and out quickly and I always end up leaving looking gorgeous!
I’m really disappointed with my service. I booked a blow out+ head massage + deep conditioning and on their website it says 1 hour service. How was I already out the door in 30 mins. It felt like a shampoo, condition, and hair curling with an iron. No deep conditioning or head massage. I also asked for a blow out with volume since I have thin hair, my hair was flat with curls. Waste of time and money. I’m super upset with the results. Do not recommend.
This place needs to wake up and do better. I booked two appointments for my family’s hairstyles for my wedding day. I discussed everything in advance, and the lady at the front desk assured me it would all be fine. On the actual day, a lady named Rachel ruined everything. She seemed very junior and didn’t know how to do even basic things, like a simple blowout for my mom’s short hair. I ended up having to pay twice and ask my own hairstylist to redo it. For my niece, someone else started her hair, but Rachel interrupted and took over—and she ruined that too. It was incredibly stressful to deal with this on such an important day. I messaged the manager Ilene through multiple channels about the situation, but never got a response. Long story short: if you don’t want to risk ruining your hair
Adorable blow drive bar with very friendly staff. Their online system makes it very easy to make an appointment. I loved the products that they used on my hair and they were always gentle. My blow dry lasted twice as long as it usually does and my hair stylist gave me tips on how to take care of it when I go to bed. 100% would recommend this place.
I paid $40 for a dry style, and the entire appointment was finished in just 6 minutes. The curls fell out immediately after leaving, and when I asked if I could pay extra to have clip-in extensions put in, I was told no because it would “take too long.” My appointment was at 1:00, and by 1:06 I was already out the door. $40 for 6 minutes, with nothing to show for it. Between the unwelcoming staff, rushed service, and poor results, this was a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this place to anyone
